Generate a token for IAM authentication to an RDS database. Token generation additionally requires a RegionEndpoint. It will be loaded from the application's default configuration, and if unsuccessful from the Instance Profile service on an EC2 instance.

Parameters

credentials
Type: Amazon.Runtime.AWSCredentials

The credentials for the token.

hostname
Type: System.String

Hostname of the RDS database.

port
Type: System.Int32

Port of the RDS database.

dbUser
Type: System.String

Database user for the token.
