Copies the specified DB parameter group.
You can't copy a default DB parameter group. Instead, create a new custom DB parameter
group, which copies the default parameters and values for the specified DB parameter
group family.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCopyDBParameterGroup and EndCopyDBParameterGroup.
