Lists all the subscription descriptions for a customer account. The description for
a subscription includes SubscriptionName, SNSTopicARN, CustomerID,
SourceType, SourceID, CreationTime, and Status.
If you specify a SubscriptionName, lists the description for that subscription.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeEventSubscriptions and EndDescribeEventSubscriptions.
