Describes the specified collection. You can use DescribeCollection to get information,
such as the number of faces indexed into a collection and the version of the model
used by the collection for face detection.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeCollection and EndDescribeCollection.
