Turns on or turns off optional features in Resource Groups.
The preceding example shows that the request to turn on group lifecycle events is
IN_PROGRESS. You can call the GetAccountSettings operation to check
for completion by looking for GroupLifecycleEventsStatus to change to ACTIVE.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateAccountSettings and EndUpdateAccountSettings.
