Deletes a reusable delegation set.
You can delete a reusable delegation set only if it isn't associated with any hosted

To verify that the reusable delegation set is not associated with any hosted zones, submit a GetReusableDelegationSet request and specify the ID of the reusable delegation set that you want to delete.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteReusableDelegationSet and EndDeleteReusableDelegationSet.
