Deletes a topic and all its subscriptions. Deleting a topic might prevent some messages previously sent to the topic from being delivered to subscribers. This action is idempotent, so deleting a topic that does not exist does not result in an error.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteTopic and EndDeleteTopic. For Unity the operation does not take CancellationToken as a parameter, and instead takes AmazonServiceCallback<DeleteTopicRequest, DeleteTopicResponse> and AsyncOptions as additional parameters.
public abstract Task<DeleteTopicResponse> DeleteTopicAsync( String topicArn, CancellationToken cancellationToken )
