Removes a target from a maintenance window.

Note:

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeregisterTargetFromMaintenanceWindow and EndDeregisterTargetFromMaintenanceWindow.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.SimpleSystemsManagement.Model.DeregisterTargetFromMaintenanceWindowRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the DeregisterTargetFromMaintenanceWindow service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the DeregisterTargetFromMaintenanceWindow service method, as returned by SimpleSystemsManagement.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
DoesNotExistException Error returned when the ID specified for a resource, such as a maintenance window or patch baseline, doesn't exist. For information about resource quotas in Amazon Web Services Systems Manager, see Systems Manager service quotas in the Amazon Web Services General Reference.
InternalServerErrorException An error occurred on the server side.
TargetInUseException You specified the Safe option for the DeregisterTargetFromMaintenanceWindow operation, but the target is still referenced in a task.
