Deletes a pipeline if there are no running instances of the pipeline. To delete a
pipeline, you must stop all running instances of the pipeline using the
API. When you delete a pipeline, all instances of the pipeline are deleted.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeletePipeline and EndDeletePipeline.
