Associate the configuration set with a MailManager archive. When you send email using
the SendEmail or SendBulkEmail operations the message as it will be
given to the receiving SMTP server will be archived, along with the recipient information.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginPutConfigurationSetArchivingOptions and EndPutConfigurationSetArchivingOptions.
