Returns an array of JobListEntry objects of the specified length. Each JobListEntry
object is for a job in the specified cluster and contains a job's state, a job's ID,
and other information.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginListClusterJobs and EndListClusterJobs.
