To view the status of the specified custom vocabulary, check the VocabularyState
field. If the status is READY, your custom vocabulary is available to use.
If the status is FAILED, FailureReason provides details on why your
custom vocabulary failed.
To get a list of your custom vocabularies, use the operation.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginGetVocabulary and EndGetVocabulary.
