Changes the status of the document version to ACTIVE.
Amazon WorkDocs also sets its document container to ACTIVE. This is the last step in a document upload, after the client uploads the document to an S3-presigned URL returned by InitiateDocumentVersionUpload.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateDocumentVersion and EndUpdateDocumentVersion.
