Creates an impersonation role for the given WorkMail organization.
Idempotency ensures that an API request completes no more than one time. With an idempotent request, if the original request completes successfully, any subsequent retries also complete successfully without performing any further actions.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateImpersonationRole and EndCreateImpersonationRole.
