Retrieves the summary information of an insight. This includes impact to clients and root cause services, the top anomalous services, the category, the state of the insight, and the start and end time of the insight.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginGetInsight and EndGetInsight.
