Container for the parameters to the TagResource operation. Adds tags to a function, event source mapping, or code signing configuration.
Namespace: Amazon.Lambda.Model
Assembly: AWSSDK.Lambda.dll
Version: 3.x.y.z
public class TagResourceRequest : AmazonLambdaRequest IAmazonWebServiceRequest
The TagResourceRequest type exposes the following members
Name | Description | |
---|---|---|
![]() |
TagResourceRequest() |
Name | Type | Description | |
---|---|---|---|
![]() |
Resource | System.String |
Gets and sets the property Resource. The resource's Amazon Resource Name (ARN). |
![]() |
Tags | System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<System.String, System.String> |
Gets and sets the property Tags. A list of tags to apply to the resource. Starting with version 4 of the SDK this property will default to null. If no data for this property is returned from the service the property will also be null. This was changed to improve performance and allow the SDK and caller to distinguish between a property not set or a property being empty to clear out a value. To retain the previous SDK behavior set the AWSConfigs.InitializeCollections static property to true. |
The following example adds a tag with the key name DEPARTMENT and a value of 'Department A' to the specified Lambda function.
var client = new AmazonLambdaClient(); var response = client.AddLayerVersionPermission(new AddLayerVersionPermissionRequest { Action = "lambda:GetLayerVersion", LayerName = "my-layer", Principal = "223456789012", StatementId = "xaccount", VersionNumber = 1 }); string revisionId = response.RevisionId; string statement = response.Statement;
