The JSON writer to write the condition to.

Remarks

Writes the condition as a JSON array: ["starts-with", "$fieldName", "prefix"] The field name is automatically prefixed with "$" as required by S3 POST policy format. The Utf8JsonWriter automatically handles JSON escaping for string values.
