Valid Values: `AccountId | PackageName | PackageVersion | PackageType | Region | ResourceRegion | ResourceType | ResourceId | ResourceProvider | ResourceOwnerAccountId | ResourceOwnerOrgId | ResourceCloudPartition`

The string value and comparison operator to filter on. Supported comparisons are `EQUALS`, `NOT_EQUALS`, `PREFIX`, and `PREFIX_NOT_EQUALS`.
