Step 3: Create an Amazon Connect Customer Profiles domain

1. Sign in to the solution frontend (find the URL in the Outputs tab of the CloudFormation deployment) with the created user.

   

2. On the Stacks page, select the stack.

3. Select New Domain from the list.

   

4. Enter a domain name (must follow the snake case convention). Take note of the domain name which will be required for multiple steps.
