Amazon Connect Talent guides you through a simple flow for each job you hire for:

1. Create an evaluation for a job. An evaluation can include assessments, an AI-led interview, or both. Amazon Connect Talent builds the evaluation from the job's competencies.

2. Candidates complete the evaluation.

3. Review the results and decide how to move each candidate forward.
