# Operational excellence pillar The operational excellence pillar includes the ability to run and monitor systems to deliver business value and to improve supporting processes and procedures. The Well-Architected Framework offers advice on the development of processes, runbooks, and game days to test your workloads. We recommend that you investigate the following topics to drive operational excellence within containerized workloads.
