Sending a Message

To send a message to the people with whom you have already shared a file, perform the following steps while viewing the document:

To send a message to others

  1. In the web client, open the file.

  2. In the right pane, choose People and Send a Message.

  3. Type your message and choose OK. Your message is sent to all of the people with whom the file is shared.


    By default, your email is sent from “Amazon WorkDocs <>”, an unmonitored email address. Contributor email addresses are not included.
