Debugging CodeWhisperer for the command line

If you're having a problem with CodeWhisperer for command line, run cw doctor.

cw doctor identifies and fixes common issues. Most of the time, you won't need to do anything else.

Expected output

        $ cw doctor

        ✔ Everything looks good!
