Provides a pre-signed Amazon S3 URL in response for uploading the file directly to S3.

ConnectionToken is used for invoking this API instead of ParticipantToken.

The Amazon Connect Participant Service APIs do not use Signature Version 4 authentication.

Note:

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginStartAttachmentUpload and EndStartAttachmentUpload.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.ConnectParticipant.Model.StartAttachmentUploadRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the StartAttachmentUpload service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the StartAttachmentUpload service method, as returned by ConnectParticipant.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
AccessDeniedException You do not have sufficient access to perform this action.
InternalServerException This exception occurs when there is an internal failure in the Amazon Connect service.
ServiceQuotaExceededException The number of attachments per contact exceeds the quota.
ThrottlingException The request was denied due to request throttling.
ValidationException The input fails to satisfy the constraints specified by Amazon Connect.
