Change your preferred currency in AWS Settings

You can change your preferred currency in AWS Settings. Your preferred currency only applies to the projects that you own. Certain billing countries restrict payment currencies. Your card issuer might charge a fee for transitions in other currencies.

To change your preferred display currency

1. Open AWS Settings at https://settings.aws.com.

2. In the main navigation pane, choose Billing.

3. Under Balance, you'll see your payment information. Choose Manage. If you don't see a balance, you cannot change the currency.

4. Choose Set currency.

5. For Default payment currency, select the payment currency.

6. Choose Save.
