Amazon Q Developer is available as a feature in several other AWS services. This section explains some of the ways you can access Amazon Q within AWS.

Amazon Q Business

Amazon Q Business is a fully managed, generative AI-powered enterprise chat assistant that you can deploy within your organization. For more information, see the Amazon Q Business User Guide.

Amazon Q in AWS Chatbot

You can activate Amazon Q in your Slack and Microsoft Teams channels that are configured with AWS Chatbot to ask questions about building at AWS. Amazon Q in Amazon CodeCatalyst

Amazon Q feature development capability in Amazon CodeCatalyst is a generative AI assistant to which you can assign issues. After an issue is assigned to Amazon Q, it analyzes the issue based on its title and description and reviews the code in the specified repository. If Amazon Q can create an approach, it creates a draft solution for users to evaluate in a pull request. Amazon Q in Amazon Connect

Amazon Q in Amazon Connect is a generative AI customer service assistant that is a large language model (LLM)-enhanced evolution of Amazon Connect Wisdom. Amazon Q in Amazon Connect delivers real-time recommendations to help contact center agents resolve customer issues quickly and accurately. Amazon Q in Amazon EC2

In the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) console, you can use the Amazon Q EC2 instance type selector to provide guidance and suggestions for EC2 instance types that are best suited to your new workloads. Amazon Q in AWS Glue

Amazon Q data integration in AWS Glue is a generative AI–powered assistant that enables you to build data integration jobs in AWS Glue using natural language. With Amazon Q data integration, you can author data integration jobs, troubleshoot issues, and get answers to AWS Glue data integration questions. Amazon Q in VPC Reachability Analyzer

When you ask Amazon Q to help you fix a network connectivity problem, it works with VPC Reachability Analyzer to check your connections, inspect your network configuration, and identify potential issues. Then Amazon Q provides guidance on how to resolve or further diagnose the issue. Using the conversational capabilities of Amazon Q and Reachability Analyzer together creates an intuitive way for you to fix network connectivity problems quickly. Amazon Q in Amazon QuickSight

Amazon Q in Amazon QuickSight is optimized to understand natural language that you use to ask questions about your data. You can ask Amazon Q questions that use common phrases related to sales, marketing, and retail to meet your business needs quickly.
