EventBuffer

public EventBuffer(int bufferSize)

Initialize a new EventBuffer.

Parameters:

bufferSize - the number of events that can be held in the buffer.

Method Detail

isBufferFull

public boolean isBufferFull()

Indicates whether the buffer has reached the number of events configured in the constructor.

Returns:

true if the current buffer is full; false otherwise.

addEvent

public void addEvent(T event)

Add a event to the buffer.

Parameters:

event - An object of the type configured for this buffer.

getEvents

public java.util.List<T> getEvents()

Get a list of objects held by the buffer.

The number of returned objects will be from zero to the configured buffer size.

Returns:

a List containing the buffered objects.
