Release: Elastic Beanstalk Amazon Linux 2 platform updates on April 3, 2023

This release provides new versions for AWS Elastic Beanstalk platforms based on Amazon Linux 2. The release includes security updates. It introduces a new branch, Node.js 18. It also includes AMI, Apache httpd, ECS based Docker, Go, .NET Core, PHP, Python updates, and Ruby updates.
