As of the most recent revision, the Content Localization on AWS solution limits the size of files that can be uploaded using the web application to 3 GB.

Each run of the ContentLocalizationWorkflow workflow creates an Amazon Translate batch job for each target language chosen in the form on the Upload page. Therefore, the total number of jobs run concurrently by the application equals the sum of the number of languages selected by each concurrent job. When a workflow is started that exceeds the Amazon Translate batch jobs, the workflow displays a status of Error and the Step Functions run result for the TranslateWebCaptions operator contains a message that Amazon Translate encountered a limit exceeded error.
