Associates the specified budget with the specified resource.

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.
- BudgetName

The name of the budget you want to associate.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 100.

- ResourceId

The resource identifier. Either a portfolio-id or a product-id.
Type: String
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 100.

Response Elements
If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.
