RestoreBackup
Restores a specified AWS CloudHSM backup that is in the
PENDING_DELETION
state. For more information on deleting a backup, see
DeleteBackup.
Cross-account use: No. You cannot perform this operation on an AWS CloudHSM backup in a different AWS account.
