The ordered list of encoded text chunks forming the input sequence.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the EncodedTextChunk.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via EncodedTextChunk.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to chunks(List<EncodedTextChunk>).

Parameters:

chunks - a consumer that will call methods on EncodedTextChunk.Builder

Returns:
