The criteria used to select the software packages included in the statistics. You can nest composite filters up to three levels deep.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the SoftwareFilters.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via SoftwareFilters.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to filters(SoftwareFilters).
