Specify a valid CEV, refer to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/custom-cev.html#custom-cev.create, and try again. Change the version or delete the instances and backups, and try again. Choose a custom engine version in one of the following statuses and try again: available, creating, pending-validation, validating. Enter a valid custom engine version, and try again.에서ModifyDBInstance	BYOM 인스턴스를 업그레이드하려면 대상 버전에 대한 BYOM 엔진 버전이 있어야 하며 적어도 available 상태여야 합니다. 대상 엔진 버전에 BYOM 엔진 버전이 없는 경우, 대상 BYOM 엔진 버전이 incompatible-media 또는 inactive 상태인 경우, 대상 버전이 ValidUpgradeTarget 배열에 없는 경우 modify-db-instance 직접 호출이 거부됩니다.	describe-db-engine-versions 명령을 사용하여 유효한 마이너 버전 업그레이드 대상을 나열합니다.
