사례 이벤트 페이로드 및 스키마

이벤트 페이로드에 사례 데이터를 포함하도록 요청하면 해당 데이터는 특정 편집 후 사례의 버전을 반영합니다.

Amazon Connect Case의 기본 한도는 페이로드가 256KB (이벤트의 최대 크기) 미만임을 보장합니다. EventBus 사례 객체 모델을 사용자 지정할 수 있으므로(예: 사례 객체에 사용자 지정 필드를 정의하여 비즈니스 관련 정보를 캡처할 수 있음), 사례 이벤트 스키마는 다음 예와 같이 사례 객체에 대한 사용자 지정 사항을 반영합니다(예: 고객별 UUID가 JSON 속성으로 사용되는 방법 참조).
