Synopsis

Calls the AWS IoT SiteWise GetAssetPropertyAggregates API operation.

Description

Gets aggregated values for an asset property. For more information, see Querying aggregates in the IoT SiteWise User Guide. To identify an asset property, you must specify one of the following:
  • The assetId and propertyId of an asset property.
  • A propertyAlias, which is a data stream alias (for example, /company/windfarm/3/turbine/7/temperature). To define an asset property's alias, see UpdateAssetProperty.


This cmdlet automatically pages all available results to the pipeline - parameters related to iteration are only needed if you want to manually control the paginated output. To disable autopagination, use -NoAutoIteration.

-AggregateType <String[]>
The data aggregating function. Starting with version 4 of the SDK this property will default to null. If no data for this property is returned from the service the property will also be null. This was changed to improve performance and allow the SDK and caller to distinguish between a property not set or a property being empty to clear out a value. To retain the previous SDK behavior set the AWSConfigs.InitializeCollections static property to true.

The maximum number of results to return for each paginated request. A result set is returned in the two cases, whichever occurs first.
  • The size of the result set is equal to 1 MB.
  • The number of data points in the result set is equal to the value of maxResults. The maximum value of maxResults is 2500.

The token to be used for the next set of paginated results.
Note: This parameter is only used if you are manually controlling output pagination of the service API call.
'NextToken' is only returned by the cmdlet when '-Select *' is specified. In order to manually control output pagination, set '-NextToken' to null for the first call then set the 'NextToken' using the same property output from the previous call for subsequent calls.

Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.IoTSiteWise.Model.GetAssetPropertyAggregatesResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.IoTSiteWise.Model.GetAssetPropertyAggregatesResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.

This cmdlet returns a collection of Amazon.IoTSiteWise.Model.AggregatedValue objects. The service call response (type Amazon.IoTSiteWise.Model.GetAssetPropertyAggregatesResponse) can be returned by specifying '-Select *'.
