Synopsis

Calls the AWS IoT UpdatePackageVersion API operation.

Description

Updates the supported fields for a specific package version. Requires permission to access the UpdatePackageVersion and GetIndexingConfiguration actions.

-Action <PackageVersionAction>
The status that the package version should be assigned. For more information, see Package version lifecycle.

Metadata that can be used to define a package version’s configuration. For example, the Amazon S3 file location, configuration options that are being sent to the device or fleet. Use the -Select parameter to control the cmdlet output. The cmdlet doesn't have a return value by default. Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.IoT.Model.UpdatePackageVersionResponse). Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.
