Synopsis

Calls the AWS Config PutOrganizationConformancePack API operation.

Syntax

Write-CFGOrganizationConformancePack
-OrganizationConformancePackName <String>
-ConformancePackInputParameter <ConformancePackInputParameter[]>
-DeliveryS3Bucket <String>
-DeliveryS3KeyPrefix <String>
-ExcludedAccount <String[]>
-TemplateBody <String>
-TemplateS3Uri <String>
-Select <String>
-PassThru <SwitchParameter>
-Force <SwitchParameter>

Description

Deploys conformance packs across member accounts in an AWS Organization. This API enables organization service access for config-multiaccountsetup.amazonaws.com through the EnableAWSServiceAccess action and creates a service linked role AWSServiceRoleForConfigMultiAccountSetup in the master account of your organization. The service linked role is created only when the role does not exist in the master account. AWS Config verifies the existence of role with GetRole action. You must specify either the TemplateS3Uri or the TemplateBody parameter, but not both. If you provide both AWS Config uses the TemplateS3Uri parameter and ignores the TemplateBody parameter. AWS Config sets the state of a conformance pack to CREATE_IN_PROGRESS and UPDATE_IN_PROGRESS until the confomance pack is created or updated. You cannot update a conformance pack while it is in this state. You can create 6 conformance packs with 25 AWS Config rules in each pack.

Parameters

-ConformancePackInputParameter <ConformancePackInputParameter[]>
A list of ConformancePackInputParameter objects.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
AliasesConformancePackInputParameters
-DeliveryS3Bucket <String>
Location of an Amazon S3 bucket where AWS Config can deliver evaluation results. AWS Config stores intermediate files while processing conformance pack template. The delivery bucket name should start with awsconfigconforms. For example: "Resource": "arn:aws:s3:::your_bucket_name/*". For more information, see Permissions for cross account bucket access.
Required?True
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-DeliveryS3KeyPrefix <String>
The prefix for the Amazon S3 bucket.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-ExcludedAccount <String[]>
A list of AWS accounts to be excluded from an organization conformance pack while deploying a conformance pack.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
AliasesExcludedAccounts
This parameter overrides confirmation prompts to force the cmdlet to continue its operation. This parameter should always be used with caution.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-OrganizationConformancePackName <String>
Name of the organization conformance pack you want to create.
Required?True
Position?1
Accept pipeline input?True (ByValue, ByPropertyName)

Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-Select <String>
Use the -Select parameter to control the cmdlet output. The default value is 'OrganizationConformancePackArn'. Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.ConfigService.Model.PutOrganizationConformancePackResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.ConfigService.Model.PutOrganizationConformancePackResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-TemplateBody <String>
A string containing full conformance pack template body. Structure containing the template body with a minimum length of 1 byte and a maximum length of 51,200 bytes.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-TemplateS3Uri <String>
Location of file containing the template body. The uri must point to the conformance pack template (max size: 300 KB).You must have access to read Amazon S3 bucket.
Required?False
Position?Named

Common Credential and Region Parameters

-AccessKey <String>
The AWS access key for the user account. This can be a temporary access key if the corresponding session token is supplied to the -SessionToken parameter.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
AliasesAK
-Credential <AWSCredentials>
An AWSCredentials object instance containing access and secret key information, and optionally a token for session-based credentials.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByValue, ByPropertyName)
-EndpointUrl <String>
The endpoint to make the call against.Note: This parameter is primarily for internal AWS use and is not required/should not be specified for normal usage. The cmdlets normally determine which endpoint to call based on the region specified to the -Region parameter or set as default in the shell (via Set-DefaultAWSRegion). Only specify this parameter if you must direct the call to a specific custom endpoint.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-NetworkCredential <PSCredential>
Used with SAML-based authentication when ProfileName references a SAML role profile. Contains the network credentials to be supplied during authentication with the configured identity provider's endpoint. This parameter is not required if the user's default network identity can or should be used during authentication.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByValue, ByPropertyName)
-ProfileLocation <String>
Used to specify the name and location of the ini-format credential file (shared with the AWS CLI and other AWS SDKs)If this optional parameter is omitted this cmdlet will search the encrypted credential file used by the AWS SDK for .NET and AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio first. If the profile is not found then the cmdlet will search in the ini-format credential file at the default location: (user's home directory)\.aws\credentials.If this parameter is specified then this cmdlet will only search the ini-format credential file at the location given. As the current folder can vary in a shell or during script execution it is advised that you use specify a fully qualified path instead of a relative path.
