Schedule profile runs
You can schedule data profile runs to execute on a regular cadence. Scheduled runs help you track statistics over time and detect anomalies without running profiles manually. Scheduling is available on the Data profile tab for any table asset in the data catalog.
To schedule a profile run

On the Data profile tab, choose the calendar icon or Edit Scheduled Run.

Configure the schedule type, frequency, timezone, and optional flexible time window. For details on these settings, see Schedule evaluations.

Choose Create schedule.
Note
Data profiling defaults to a One Time schedule on first setup.
After a scheduled profile run executes, results appear automatically on the Data profile tab and update trend charts. As profile history accumulates, anomaly detection begins flagging data points that deviate from expected patterns. For more information, see Anomaly detection.
