Modifies the Capacity Reservation settings for a stopped instance. Use this action
to configure an instance to target a specific Capacity Reservation, run in any open
Capacity Reservation with matching attributes, or run On-Demand Instance capacity.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginModifyInstanceCapacityReservationAttributes and EndModifyInstanceCapacityReservationAttributes.
