Contains information about the filter used when retrieving metrics.
MetricFiltersV2 can be used on the following metrics:
AVG_AGENT_CONNECTING_TIME, CONTACTS_CREATED,
CONTACTS_HANDLED, SUM_CONTACTS_DISCONNECTED.
