Enable time off

Enable Time off by selecting the Enable Time off request for this staffing group box for specific Staffing Groups. This is a card in the Staffing Group UI called Request management. After this is selected, the supervisor will see the Make request button in the Published schedule calendar UI.

The following image shows the Request management section of the Staffing Group page.

  • Enable Time off requests for this staffing group: This option enables the time off management feature for this group of agents and supervisors. Time offs are automatically approved or rejected based on availability of time off allowance.

  • Supervisor approval needed: If enabled, this lets supervisors manually approve or decline agent time off requests.
