If you are using Amazon Lex V1, we recommend upgrading your bots to Amazon Lex V2. We are no longer adding new features to V1 and strongly recommend using V2 for all new bots.

Compliance Validation for Amazon Lex

Third-party auditors assess the security and compliance of Amazon Lex as part of multiple AWS compliance programs. Amazon Lex is a HIPAA eligible service. It is PCI, SOC, and ISO compliant. Your compliance responsibility when using Amazon Lex is determined by the sensitivity of your data, your organization’s compliance objectives, and applicable laws and regulations.
