Synopsis

Calls the Amazon Connect Service CreateTaskTemplate API operation.

Description

Creates a new task template in the specified Amazon Connect instance.

Changes the cmdlet behavior to return the value passed to the InstanceId parameter. The -PassThru parameter is deprecated, use -Select '^InstanceId' instead. This parameter will be removed in a future version.

Use the -Select parameter to control the cmdlet output. The default value is '*'. Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.Connect.Model.CreateTaskTemplateResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.Connect.Model.CreateTaskTemplateResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.

Marks a template as ACTIVE or INACTIVE for a task to refer to it. Tasks can only be created from ACTIVE templates. If a template is marked as INACTIVE, then a task that refers to this template cannot be created.
