AutoScalingPolicy is a subproperty of InstanceGroupConfig. AutoScalingPolicy defines how an instance group dynamically adds and terminates EC2 instances in response to the value of a CloudWatch metric. For more information, see Using Automatic Scaling in Amazon EMR
