屏幕弹出应用程序

要获得第三方应用程序的屏幕弹出功能，您可以使用 step-by-step指南，也可以使用应用程序固定。有关更多信息，请参阅 访问 Agent Workspace 中的第三方应用程序。当联系人进入时，“指南” 选项卡将作为座席工作区中的第一个选项卡打开。您可以使用流程配置 step-by-step 指南。

注意

配置视图时，请确保在 AWS 控制台中注册的应用程序名称与您提供给应用程序和/或 App Launch 组件的应用程序名称完全匹配。如果您遇到错误，并且认为名称匹配，请编辑 C AWS onsole 应用程序名称并确保没有前导或尾随空格。

• 使用应用程序组件，您可以将第三方应用程序嵌入到指南中。当联系人进入时，应用程序会显示在第一个选项卡中。

• 使用 App Launch 组件，您可以将应用程序配置为在代理工作区中以选项卡形式打开。您可以打开自动打开，指南将焦点作为第一个选项卡，应用程序将作为另一个选项卡打开。

• 您可以随时使用带自动打开功能的 Link 组件，将任何浏览器链接配置为在新浏览器窗口中打开。

您可以选择提供路径，为联系人提供更具体的目的地或参数。当您提供路径时，它将缩写为域。您应该在应用程序域名的末尾提供一个正斜杠。
