對於第三方應用程序的屏幕彈出功能，您可以使用 step-by-step指南或使用應用程序固定。如需詳細資訊，請參閱 在客服人員工作區中存取第三方應用程式。連絡人進入時，「指南」標籤會開啟，作為代理程式工作區中的第一個標籤。您可以使用流程設定 step-by-step 指南。

注意

設定檢視時，請確定在 AWS 主控台中註冊的應用程式名稱與您提供給「應用程式」和/或「應用程式啟動」元件的應用程式名稱完全相符。如果您收到錯誤，而且您認為名稱相符，請編輯 AWS Console 應用程式名稱，並確定沒有前置或尾隨空格。

• 使用「應用程式」元件，您可以將協力廠商應用程式嵌入「指南」 當聯繫人進入時，應用程序將顯示在第一個選項卡中。

• 透過 App Launch 元件，您將應用程式設定為在代理程式工作區中以索引標籤的形式開啟。您可以開啟自動開啟功能，指南會將焦點視為第一個索引標籤，而應用程式會以另一個標籤的形式開啟。

• 您始終可以在自動開啟的情況下使用 Link 元件，以規劃要在新瀏覽器視窗中開啟的任何瀏覽器連結。

您可以選擇為連絡人提供更具體的目標或參數的路徑。當您提供路徑時，它會縮短為網域。您應該在應用程序域的末尾提供正斜杠。
