API for Amazon Connect Cases¶

To install the AWS SDK for SAP ABAP, import the Core transport, along with the transport for the ConnectCases module and other API modules you are interested in. A few modules are included in the Core transport itself. For more information, see the Developer Guide guide.
About The Service¶
With Amazon Connect Cases, your agents can track and manage customer issues that require multiple interactions, follow-up tasks, and teams in your contact center. A case represents a customer issue.
