Use to assign one or more tags to a resource.

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the resource that the tags are added to.

`it_tags` `TYPE /AWS1/CL_GUPTAGSMAP_W=>TT_TAGSMAP` `TT_TAGSMAP`¶

The list of tags that are added to the specified resource.
