Creates a decoder manifest using your existing CAN DBC file from your local device.

IV_NAME TYPE /AWS1/IOIRESOURCENAME /AWS1/IOIRESOURCENAME¶
The name of the decoder manifest to import.
IT_NETWORKFILEDEFINITIONS TYPE /AWS1/CL_IOINETWORKFILEDEFN=>TT_NETWORKFILEDEFINITIONS TT_NETWORKFILEDEFINITIONS¶
The file to load into an Amazon Web Services account.
